I originally created Essence Healing for distance energy work, but I now offer it as an in-person session as well and it is the only type of single session I offer (you do not have to purchase a package to receive this type of session). Your true essence is the highest part of who you are – your essential, genuine, and true Self. Unfortunately, most of us are unable to fully access its knowing, healing and guidance because it tends to be covered up by the issues, wounds and behaviors brought forward, typically from childhood.

Your essence holds the “imprint” of your body, mind and emotions and will “carry” the healing to you (or through you). I may or may not use touch for in-person sessions. I will “narrate” throughout the session so you will know what is happening. You may feel or see the effects of the essence healing or you may not, but you will receive the healing, regardless.
Distance essence healing involves the same process as above, except the client is not present. The only other difference is that I create a specific (temporary) altar for the person receiving the healing. Instead of “narrating” what is happening, I write down or record everything and share it, as soon as I can, after the session is completed. The person can be at any distance – energy knows no bounds. Distance healing works well for those who are not local or for people who cannot make it to an in-person session.
Essence healing is very powerful and I have helped countless people with physical & emotional issues using this technique. You can also receive this kind of healing without a major issue in mind, but to see what your guides and angels would like to bring to you – perhaps to help increase your spiritual vibration or to bring balance, needed light, a blessing, a cleansing/clearing, a healing you did not realize you needed, etc.
